Double roller blinds (also called day & night blinds) give you two blinds on one bracket — usually a sunscreen or light-filter paired with a blockout. By day you keep the view and soft light; by night you pull the blockout down for full privacy and darkness. One window, both options.

Choosing yours is simple: pick your two fabrics and colours (free samples available), then your control side. The two blinds run independently on a smooth chain — or upgrade to a quiet motor.

How double roller blinds work

The translucent blind is a sunscreen or light-filtering fabric — it cuts glare and keeps your outlook while giving privacy. The other blind is a blockout — full darkness and privacy. You pick the blind order: blockout in front with the translucent blind behind, or blockout at the back with the translucent blind in front. You choose how much of each you want at any time. Ideal for bedrooms and living rooms where the same window does double duty.

How to Measure Your Double Roller Blinds

Measure the width and drop in millimetres with a steel tape. An inside (recess) fit suits a deep reveal; an outside (face) fit blocks more light around the edges. Double rollers need a little more depth than a single roller, so check your recess — our measuring guide shows you how.
