I recently ordered PVC shutters for two bedrooms, a study, a toilet and bathroom. The product we received is first rate, well made and extremely solid. Doing it yourself - DIY is extremely simple and installation is a breeze. If you need a hand to measure and install the Home Blinds Australia website has instructional video that is clear and easy to understand. Our office faces west and cops the hot afternoon sun creating an absolute sauna!! I called Home Blinds for recommendations and we went the aluminium backed double roller blinds. With just the aluminium backed shear blinds down the temperature difference was amazing!!

We bought vertical blinds from here.
Pros:
Both blinds and tracks are made of high quality material.
The price is reasonable and better than other retailers.
The sizes were accurate.
It was easy to DIY.
Enough samples were provided to touch and see what you are going to purchase.
Good support and customer service.
Cons:
The website is not stable and it kept crashing, so we had to call them and order on the phone.
The number of blades didn't match the number of hooks which was confusing and took us a while to figure out redundant blades were provided.
Tracks were delivered few days later than blinds, and we were not sure what to do and what was going on. We had to call them again.

I recommend Homeblinds Australia and we'll do our other blinds with them.

We purchased the block out roller blind with the full blockout system for our sons nursery. We could not have been happier, my husband put in the blind with no issues, and the block out system fits in seamlessly with the window frame. Surprisingly enough (as mostly these kind of sites are complicated to use) it was easy and quick to order - once I got the right measurements of course - choosing fabric was easy too, and actually looked close to the images on the site. Everything arrived, it all worked, and the blinds were up in 30 mins. Can't complain about the price either. I checked the usual local supposedly cheap outlets, and HB was less $ and better quality in the end.

Any queries were answered via email and phone promptly. Living interstate concerned me but the frames and shutters were accurate and both dining and lounge windows installed in a couple of hours by a friend. No tradesman needed. I purchased the traditional style and the difference made was stunning. The cost was a major factor also which was approximately 50% less than other quotes.
