Question 2

How accurate are sample colours shown on your web site?

Accepted Answer

Colours on screen vary with your monitor, so order free samples to see the real fabric in your own light. Timber is natural, so grain and colour vary a little from blind to blind.

Question 3

Are all your Blinds Custom Made or Overseas Imports?

Accepted Answer

Every blind is made to your measurements in Australia. We don't sell ready-made or stock-size blinds.

Question 4

What Warranty do you offer on your blinds?

Accepted Answer

Every blind has a 5-year warranty covering workmanship, materials and operating parts. The full terms are on our warranty page.

Question 5

What forms of Payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay online at checkout by Mastercard, Visa or American Express. To pay by phone, call 1300 195 797.

Question 6

How do I measure my blinds correctly?

Accepted Answer

Our web site has an easy to follow guide to assist you when measuring your windows so that you can be assured your blind will fit perfectly. If you are still unsure or have questions regarding measuring your windows, particularly more difficult windows, contact us with your query and we will be happy to assist you further.

Question 7

How long will it take to receive my blinds?

Accepted Answer

Every blind is made to your measurements in Australia and dispatched in 8–15 business days. If a fabric is out of stock, we'll tell you straight away.

Question 8

What is the cost of delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is calculated at checkout by postcode, and you see it before you pay. Orders of blinds and curtains over $599 ship free to NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and metro SA.

Question 9

What happens if my blinds are damaged during their delivery?

Accepted Answer

Check your blinds when they arrive and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged, faulty or missing, with a photo. We'll arrange a repair or replacement.

Question 10

What happens if I need to change my order?

Accepted Answer

Should you need to make any changes to your blind order, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of submitting your order and payment. After this 24 hour time frame, your blinds will commence manufacture and therefore changes can no longer be made. Ensure you have double checked your measurements and fabric colour selections before submitting your order.
