Home Blinds Australia warrants that their products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 Years from the date of purchase.
Subject to the conditions of warranty set out below. If the blind fails for any reason during the Warranty period, and is returned to Home Blinds Australia, Home Blinds Australia will repair or replace the blind free of charge.

i) The blind must be returned to Home Blinds Australia with proof of purchase.

ii) Failure of the blind must not be due to misuse, transport or storage conditions, improper installation, preparation and making up, normal wear and tear, accident or extreme weather, alteration or reinstallation, or failure to follow instructions or specifications provided by Home Blinds Australia.

iii) Home Blinds Australia will not be responsible for any damage or loss cause during shipping.

iv) Except for any Warranty provided under the Trade Practices Act 1974 or equivalent state legislation, and which cannot be excluded, or any other warranties either express or implied, or expressly excluded.

v) Home Blinds Australia shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of a consequential nature or for any direct or indirect damage loss cost expense or fee.

vi) Insofar as is possible, and at the discretion of Home Blinds Australia, the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 or equivalent state legislation are limited to repair or replacement of the fabric or the cost of repair or replacement of the fabric.

vii) Colour can vary and certain fabrics can be discontinued or altered from time to time without any notification. In the event where a blind is not repairable and cannot be replaced with the original fabrics or colours, Home Blinds Australia will replace free of charge with the closest available product available at that time.

viii) Timber blinds and naturally woven shades are made from natural materials and will have inherent characteristics such as variations in colour, textures and timber grains; natural bows, knots and mineral deposits; and will be subject to a minor amount or warping or bowing.
