Shipping

  1. Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified in writing.
  2. Shipping Rates: a. Standard orders: A flat rate of $60 per order for Australia-wide shipping (excluding shutters). b. Shutters: Charged per square meter: Rates subject to change as stated in quotes or orders.
  3. Delivery Timeframes: Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd aims to complete and ship products within 15 working days (excluding shutters and curtains). All delivery times are estimates and subject to change. Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for reasonable delays.
  4. Courier Services: Multiple courier services may be used. Tracking numbers will be provided via email where available.
  5. Authority to Leave: All orders will be left at the delivery address unless otherwise instructed. Customers may provide special delivery instructions during the ordering process. Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for orders left as per customer instructions.
  6. Risk and Title: a. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. b. Title and ownership transfer to the customer upon full payment. c. For returned goods, risk and ownership revert to Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd upon receipt.
  7. Multiple Items: Orders may be delivered in instalments and by different carriers.

Returns

  1. Order Cancellation: As products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once accepted. Customers should contact Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd immediately for potential cancellations before dispatch.
  2. Inspection Period: Customers must examine goods within 7 days of delivery and report any damage, defects, or missing parts.
  3. Liability Limitations: Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for damage due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or general wear and tear.
  4. Defective Goods: Remedies under Australian Consumer Law apply for defective goods. Contact Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd to discuss options.
  5. Refunds and Replacements: Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to collect goods (at their cost) if a refund or replacement is provided.
  6. Warranty Activation: Contact Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd with the original sales invoice and receipt to activate the warranty.
  7. Warranty Transport Costs: Home Blinds Australia Pty Ltd covers transport costs for the first 12 months of the warranty period. After 12 months, customers are responsible for returning defective goods.
  8. Non-Transferable Warranty: The warranty is not transferable to third parties.
  9. Australian Consumer Law: Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
